SPICED AFFOGATO WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM
Ingredients
- 2 Jacobs Baristas Editions Capsule coffee pods, Colombia single origin
- 2ml Ground cinnamon
- 2 ml Ground cardamon
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream, for serving
- 2 Tbsp Toasted almond flakes
Steps

Prepare two 30ml espresso shots using the Colombia single origin Jacobs Baristas Editions Capsule coffee pods in a mug.

Add the spice into the coffee and stir until combined.

Add a scoop of ice cream into two serving mugs and then pour the espresso shots into each mug over the ice cream.

Top with toasted almond flakes and serve.

Chef notes: To take the presentation of the affogato further, lightly dust the almond flakes in some edible gold or silver dust.

You can top the affogato with any nut of choice or even some chocolate shavings.
