MOCHA DALGONA COFFEE
Ingredients
- For the chocolate drink:
- 250ml milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- A large handful of ice
- For the coffee whip:
- 2 tbsp Jacobs Gold Smooth & Mild Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Cocoa for dusting

To make the coffee whip; in a bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy. Set aside.

To make the iced chocolate drink; place the milk, cocoa powder, honey, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth and combined.

Pour the chocolate drink into glasses and fill the glasses with as much milk as preferred.

Spoon the coffee cream on top and drizzle over melted chocolate and a dusting of cocoa powder
